Quality control

With our technical expertise, independence, integrity and attention to detail is PMQS  well placed to offer you Quality Control services in mechanical engineering.

Inspection

PMQS can carry out third party inspections on actual products or installations for mechanical engineering aspects.  Inspection, witnessing or verification of any action undertaken during manufacture to establish the quality of a material, structure or system.  The scope of inspection usually includes the requirements of a code, standard or specification.  PMQS will visit manufacturers’ works and inspect materials, components and complex installations at all stage of manufacture.

Expediting

On any major procurement, delays in delivery of materials, products or equipment at their final destination can prove to be very expensive.  To reduce the potential for such delays, PMQS will visit manufacturers’ works and verify the manufacturing status of the product.  And will actively anticipate possible delays or bottlenecks; advise; assess; and where necessary coax, urge,  influence and/or put pressure on the supplier to maintain or improve upon the agreed milestones.
